  • Improving how we collect, join and analyze data across our customer touch-points such as TI.com and promotional content.
  • Developing an understanding of how to use the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and other marketing technology to create audience segments and deliver a customer-focused experience across digital channels.
  • Enabling fast reporting by building an ecosystem that allows for quick access to valuable insights, and training teams to use this ecosystem effectively.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators to provide improvement recommendations for sales and marketing programs.
  • Experimenting to find the best approach, looking for innovative solutions, and challenging the status quo!
