Requirements

  • Working toward a Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills, able to innovate processes for efficiency.
  • Quick to take action. Skilled multi-tasker.
  • Proactive mindset, with an ownership approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, strong time management skills, flexible.
  • Proficent in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Works within the Web Merchandising team to help execute J.Jill’s seasonal assortment strategies for web and email and quickly reacts to in-season business based on real-time customer shopping patterns.
  • Performs daily/weekly inventory checks of future and current featured styles for all digital assets; email, web and social. Learns to project inventory levels using rate of sale information.
  • Assists in the pre-launch process for the website across both Full Price and Sale sections. Will be instrumental in helping to set up Summer Sale site merchandising and product selection for email.
  • Prepares priority list and styling guide to share with our Styling vendor Stylitics for each launch.
  • Executes product outfitting on PDP pages, specifically targeting intital set-up using our styling guide and provides maintenance throughout the floorset.
  • Monitors Adobe Search report weekly to flag customer search trends and solve for null searches.
  • Complete a competitive analysis of competitor websites and key stories/promotions during our major floorset launches.
