Responsibilities

  • Übernimm den telefonischen Erstkontakt sowie die vollständige Vorqualifizierung von Kundenanfragen, zur idealen Übergabe an unseren regionalen Außendienstler
  • Gib unseren Kund*innen Antworten auf erste Fragen und den bleibenden Eindruck mit, was sie am regionalen Standort live und in Farbe erwarten wird
  • Gewährleiste mit Deiner Arbeit eine schnelle und nahtlose Auftragsannahme zwischen Kund:innen und Meisterbetrieb - sorge für die vollständige Übergabe aller Kundendaten in unserer zentralen CRM-Software
  • Trage mit Deinen Ideen und Erkenntnissen zur stetigen Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse und Übergabepunkte bei
