Responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt unsere Schadenteams in der Bearbeitung der Schadenfälle; Du wirst das gesamte Spektrum der Schadensfälle kennenlernen.
  • Zu Deine Aufgaben zählen etwa die Erfassung von Schadenfällen sowie deren eingehende Korrespondenz, um eine rasche Bearbeitung zu sichern;
  • die präzise, zeitnahe und effiziente Dateneingabe sowie Qualitätsprüfung von eingehender Schadeninformation;
  • die administrative und operative Unterstützung der Schadenteams rund um die Abwicklung der Schäden;
  • kleinere Aufgaben im Bereich des Schadencontrollings;
  • die schriftliche und telefonische Betreuung von Maklern und Versicherten;
  • die Koordination von Kundenanfragen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen;
  • die Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei der Anpassung und Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen.
