Requirements

  • Studierende (Bachelor/Master) aus den Bereichen, Maschinelles Lernen, Künstliche Intelligenz, Operations Research, Angewandte Statistik, Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Erfahrung mit der Übertragung von mathematischen Konzepten in Softwarekomponenten mit Programmiersprachen (Python)
  • Erfahrungen mit Bibliotheken wie Scikit-Learn, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Gurobi und ML-Flow sind wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse zur Operationalisierung von Entscheidungsmaschinen im ML-Ops Modus sind wünschenswert
  • Überdurchschnittlich hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfreudigkeit

Responsibilities

  • Identifizieren von Planungsentscheidungen, die durch Ansätze aus den Bereichen Maschinelles Lernen, Künstliche Intelligenz und/oder Operations Research adressiert werden können
  • Transferieren etablierter sowie innovativer Optimierungsansätze aus den Bereichen Maschinelles Lernen, Künstliche Intelligenz und/oder Operations Research auf konkrete Anwendungsfälle in der Domäne Produktion und Logistik
  • Erweitern der Ansätze an die Use Case spezifischen Gegebenheiten (e.g. Modellierung neuer Nebenbedingungen, Effizienzsteigerung der Kalkulationszeit)
  • Umsetzen der Optimierungsmodelle in skalierbaren Softwarekomponenten als Teil agiler Teams
  • Geben von Proaktivem Feedback zur Prozessverbesserung basierend auf dadurch resultierende Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
