Responsibilities

  • - Solving structural analysis problems within Static Stress, F&DT and FEM, through the use of appropriate AIRBUS methods, processes and tools. This will include extracting information from previous analysis and/or carrying out FEM analysis and performing calculations to justify structural performance;
  • - Creating appropriate documentation;
  • - Communicating your analysis to mentors and/or more senior engineers;
  • - Contributing to structural sizing and trade studies to support the wing design;
  • - You will be involved in the dynamic process of aircraft wing modifications, which will require alignment and integration between different teams;
  • - Next to your everyday work, you will also be asked to outline a set of personal development goals, which can include anything from learning Java or Python to networking and discovering how the business works.
