  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree possessing GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Drive and promote our mindset of Adapt, Dare, and Learn. Create best-in-class business strategies while contributing to a customer-centric environment.
  • Gain knowledge as part of the human resources team providing leadership strategic, evidence-based insights for human capital management.
  • Collaboratively advance the talent management function through rigorous data management and dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the Power BI Workforce Analytics Dashboards, deliver weekly updates, and identify process optimization.
  • Enhance dashboard visualizations to drive a more effective user interface.
  • Develop dashboards highlighting predictive analytics regarding turnover and career pathing.
