Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university studying Business Analytics, Economics (Master's Degree preferred), or similar programs.
  • Experience in building KPI dashboards for product or management teams using Tableau is a must-have.
  • Solid skills in understanding data from various sources, making sense of KPIs and in specifying requirements for data pipelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and an intrinsic motivation to deliver high-quality results.
  • Proactive, customer-centric mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, as well as web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • By joining BMW's Web & Commerce team, you will gain extensive insights into a globally operating analytics team.
  • You will get the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's strategic decisions.
  • Furthermore, you will be an integral team member, responsible for various projects, and your contribution will directly impact our products.
  • You will build and maintain impactful KPI dashboards using Tableau.
  • Assisting in conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and making recommendations for optimization is also part of your tasks.
  • To better understand and improve the customer journeys on our global websites, you will conduct deep dive analyses, utilizing state-of-the-art analytics tools and statistical methods, and present your insights to the product teams.
  • Collaboration with the data science team to support with data preparation, analysis, and visualization rounds up your role.
