Responsibilities

  • Gallup’s consulting internship is a combination of learning, researching and executing important work for real clients.
  • Each week, you will have individual and team meetings where you will learn, collect feedback and collaborate on consulting work.
  • You will also design, implement and present an employee engagement project as part of this internship.
  • Throughout the program, mentors, managers and experts will guide you on a journey to achieve professional excellence.
  • We will invest in your business knowledge, presentation skills, survey data analysis and delivery of key recommendations to organizational leaders — all while focusing on your strengths and career development.
