Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing ZEV product projects: assist project lead on all project management topics (timeline, budget, technical concept, collaboration/ governance model) with focus on enabling progress and reaching next quality gates/ mile stones
  • Lead specifically assigned sub-projects: ownership of smaller assignments such as deep-dives on open questions within projects or customer requests; assessing the problem, generate plan for solution, execute the plan, present results to executive management
  • Support facilitation of project & team meetings: enable collaboration by bringing people together, driving conversations and decision making, tracking action items and holding folks accountable
  • Design of new tools for the team: provide new approaches for tasks/ problems within the ZEV Strategy team, such as new software solutions for data analysis, financial evaluations
  • Support project roadmapping and project prioritization activities for all ZEV project proposals: perform feasibility studies for new product offerings, provide business case outline for idea and generate recommendation on implementation
