Pay Scale: £95 - £120 per day

The Role

We are currently working in partnership with a well-resourced primary school in Rotherham that requires a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team in September. The school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide tailored support to a specific student, helping them to achieve their academic and personal development goals.

The Successful Candidate Will


 * Be a qualified Teaching Assistant with relevant qualifications and experience working with primary school-aged children.
 * Experience working in a 1:1 capacity within the last two years is preferred.
 * Be able to support the student’s learning and help them achieve their academic and developmental goals.
 * Have strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
 * Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with all individuals, including pupils, colleagues, and parents.
 * Be enthusiastic and highly motivated, leading by example and encouraging the student to achieve their best.
