Requirements

What We Are Looking For:
Degree or Master’s degree in a sustainability or finance related subject, Human Geography, Business Management.
Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is an advantage
Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
A friendly, ambitious and confident individual with a flexible and resilient approach
Passion for strategy and holistic approaches to the built environment

Responsibilities

As a graduate consultant, your day-to-day tasks will vary, as we’ll expose you to all aspects of our work so you can discover what suits you. You could be asked to;
Assist in the development of creating strategies for real estate assets, developers, strategic land from a portfolio wide approach.
Analyse and present ESG-related data, to inform strategic definition and plans.
Prepare sustainability reporting, aligning to standards and frameworks (i.e. GRESB and GRI)
Support the development, benchmarking, implementation and review of appropriate sustainability objectives, targets and improvement plans.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
Identify and research latest ESG trends and market drivers, best practice and benchmarks for sustainability performance in the built environment, both at portfolio and asset level.
Assist in undertaking studies for clients to inform strategic decisions and future development considerations.
Communicating will span all of these, as we regularly liaise with project teams, meet clients or end users, and attend collaborative meetings.
You will receive a dedicated mentor and supervisor and you will receive the best training to support you through your development with us.
