The candidate must have a completed bachelor's degree, preferably with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and a strong interest in Wealth Management. They should have experience in internships or extracurricular activities demonstrating leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment is essential.

The candidate will gain insight into different areas of Wealth Management, work on impactful projects, build industry understanding and network with mentors and attend educational events.
