  • The Reward Services team work with clients on the attraction, retention and motivation of talent through providing advice on a variety of Reward matters including broader employee Reward Strategy and Programmes, Remuneration Committee advice on Board and Executive pay, reward regulatory advice, incentive design and implementation including equity incentives and Gender Pay Gap Reporting. In addition, the team advises on the tax treatment of the plans being implemented including employer withholding and reporting obligations and supporting clients with employee communications.


  • We are looking for recent graduates at Bachelor or Master’s level in Business and Finance, Human Resources or related disciplines.

Area of Responsibilities



  • As an Analyst you will be working in our team contributing effectively to deliverables at the request of the senior team in the following areas:
  • In the design of pay strategies for Board, senior management and wider workforce by contributing to sections of papers based on research / data driven activities (e.g. market data or insights, performance data, etc.).
  • In conducting research and benchmarking against industry / market existing standards to derive insight to reward trends in the Ireland market.
  • In preparing first draft of documentation i.e. remuneration regulation gap analysis, term sheet on incentive plan design including equity incentive plans, response to client queries, Gender Pay Gap Reporting, client proposals, client market brochures
  • Analysing the tax treatment of plans and preparing initial drafts of advice, completing annual share scheme reporting returns for clients
  • In supporting client account management by preparing material required to support the meetings, track follow up actions and manage client engagement and billing process
