Requirements

  • Undergraduate rising junior or senior with a target graduation date of Spring 2025 or 2026
  • Major in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or any other related field
  • A strong passion for real estate

Responsibilities

  • Review and summarize documents including but not limited to partnership agreements, audits, and term sheets
  • Compile market research to draw comparisons between different properties
  • Participate in weekly meetings on current projects
  • Assist in creation, execution and monitoring project work plans and revises as required to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Participate in creating overall project schedule and oversees timely execution
  • Assist with management of day to day operational aspects of the project
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
