The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or Business Management. Preferred qualifications include a Master's or Post Graduate degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, or Construction Management. They should also have intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.

The 2024 University Graduate at Bechtel will support project controls by developing estimates, budgets, plans, and schedules, tracking performance, analyzing variances, preparing reports, and identifying potential scope changes.
