What is the application process for the Graduate Scheme in Economic & Financial Consulting?
The application process involves five steps: completing an online application form and submitting your CV, completing online numerical and verbal reasoning tests, attending a competency-based video interview, attending an assessment centre day with a group exercise and case study, and finally, successful candidates will receive job offers.
Is a cover letter required for the application?
No, a cover letter is not required; only the CV needs to be submitted with your application.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this role?
Applicants should have received or be on track to receive a 2:1 degree or higher from a university.
What types of skills are you looking for in candidates?
We are looking for numerate, logical, and inquisitive team players who can think independently and creatively, along with demonstrable quantitative skills.
Will I receive training after I join the firm?
Yes, you will undergo comprehensive training and will also have the opportunity to work towards professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Are there opportunities for international assignments?
Yes, there may be opportunities for secondment to our international offices in locations such as Paris, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, Toronto, or South Africa.
What kind of projects will I be working on as a graduate consultant?
As a graduate consultant, you will work on varied and challenging assignments involving economic analysis, financial modelling, industry research, and regulatory assessments across industries like financial services, energy, healthcare, and telecoms.

There are over 160 consultants in our team based in London.
