What is the start date for the Analyst program?
The Analyst program starts in July 2025.
What qualifications are required to apply for this position?
Applicants are expected to achieve or have achieved a 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level in a business administration, economics, or related discipline.
Is prior investment banking experience necessary to apply?
While previous relevant investment banking working experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
What languages must applicants be fluent in?
Applicants must be fluent in both English and Italian.
What kind of training can new Analysts expect?
New Analysts will undergo a six-week in-depth training program followed by continued on-the-job training.
Is there potential for internal mobility during the program?
Yes, internal mobility opportunities will be available by the third year of the program.
