Requirements

  • We’re looking for students who:
  • are graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
  • have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above
  • have proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, R, etc.)
  • can't get enough of modeling and research
  • have a passion for financial markets and are comfortable working with numbers
  • are skilled working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • have values that align with ours: integrity, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • are strategic thinkers with strong communication skills
  • are motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • On this 10-week internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts.
  • In your first week, you'll experience a thorough training course which focuses on professional development and the technical skills you'll need for the job. During the remaining nine weeks of the summer, you'll rotate on three desks across our businesses. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
  • If you have a successful internship, you may be selected for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
