The candidate must possess a Bachelor's/Master's Degree with a graduation date in 2025/2026, basic finance knowledge, strong communication and leadership skills, a solid work ethic, and preferably, a fundamental understanding of valuation theory and strong analytical and computer skills.

As a Summer Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, you will participate in a wide range of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity placements, and leveraged buyouts.
