Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Elektromobilität, Prüfstandsbetrieb, Messtechnikanwendungen, Sicherheitsprüfungen und Shaker.
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und im fachlichen Führen von internen sowie externen Partnern.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.
  • Sie besitzen eine eigenverantwortliche und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit?

Responsibilities

  • Sie koordinieren und steuern die Prüfungen von Hochvoltspeichersystemen, sowohl intern als auch bei externen Dienstleistern.
  • Hierbei planen, priorisieren und beauftragen Sie Testaufträge und Prüfstandskapazitäten und entwickeln die Testsystematik kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Des Weiteren optimieren Sie Prüfroutinen und -spezifikationen zur Absicherung hinsichtlich elektrischer und mechanischer Sicherheit, Crash-/Intrusionsverhalten, Schock, Vibration, Hitzeresistenz etc.
  • Zudem führen Sie systematische Fehleranalysen durch und leiten Prozessverbesserungen und Plausibilitätsprüfungen ein.
