Responsibilities

  • Ensure our academic users access software, training and support online using a single sign-on Altair One account.
  • Manage and improve the process of user registration, and hence manage the user account with our inhouse CRM System.
  • Provide complete support to academic users for user registration, software, licensing and support access issues, through online community, email and via customer support ticketing system (service now).
  • Find areas to automate and scale our processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction for our customers to access our software.
  • Create videos, training material, articles and marketing content that introduces, promotes and increases usage of Altair Software among academics worldwide.
