  • At Capgemini Invent, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not select candidates purely on academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using several tools including video interviewing and assessment centres (all currently being held virtually).
  • Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last 3 years with no more than 6 consecutive month residence outside the UK (in order to meet security clearance requirements).

Responsibilities

  • As an Associate Consultant you will embark on a stimulating and exciting journey where you will develop key skills that influence how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work on large scale transformation programmes.
  • You will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability and delivering innovative solutions for clients. The day-to-day tasks can vary from designing workshops, creating engaging communication material, and mapping out user journeys.
  • Within the Workforce and Organisation Academy there are a variety of projects roles:
  • Change Consultant:
  • As a Change Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand the vision for change and identify the impacts of the change on the business, communicating these impacts to wider stakeholders.
  • Process and Ex Analyst:
  • As a Process and Employee Experience Analyst, you will be the voice of the employee. Identifying, understanding, and empathising with employees to help shape their employee lifecycle. You will work directly with employees to test designs and content so that their needs and goals are met.
  • Business Analyst:
  • As a Business Analyst, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, having responsibility for understanding user needs, working closely with our stakeholders, translating requirements into user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Scrum Master:
  • As a Scrum Master, you will guide teams and organisations on how to use Agile/Scrum practices. You will facilitate reviews, retrospectives, daily stand ups and planning meetings, working closely with the scrum team and stakeholders, dealing with blockers and impediments.
  • Project Management Office:
  • As a PMO, you will support the Project/Programme Manager with the overall programme coordination. You build detailed project plans, keep projects on budget, track progress, and analyse project data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Content Designer:
  • As a Content Designer, you will use data and evidence to design and structure content. Producing clear and accessible content for a wide and diverse range of users to meet their needs.
