  • Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional, related experience as a HR generalist/advisor, business partner or project/program manager in the human resources/benefits discipline

Responsibilities

  • Manage and engage in the interactive process with US&C employees with reasonable accommodation needs
  • Consult with employees and internal teams to understand job requirements, individual disability limitations and feasibility of requested accommodations
  • Daily management of HR contractor(s) who support US&C accommodations case management
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight of third party leave vendor
  • Produce and analyze reports and metrics to identify trends, discrepancies and potential areas of program improvement
  • Administer a comprehensive workplace accommodation function in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and Uber policies
  • Build & Enhance Disability Enablement across the global organization through employee, manager, and HR training & enablement
  • Build frameworks and operating procedures for the global HR teams (outside US&C) that enables them to manage employee accommodation needs independently
  • Define and improve leave and accommodation management workflows, policies, procedures, and communication strategies that enhance the global employee experience
