What are the main responsibilities of the Accommodations Specialist?
Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert on the accommodations process, providing case management, educating employees and HR, managing fluctuating caseloads, and participating in growth initiatives.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in accommodations, return to work, or related fields, along with a general understanding of ADA, FMLA, and disability policies is required.

Yes, a proper work-from-home setup with high-speed internet is required for this position.
