Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business or Economics
  • Interest in developing skills around the following: client services, media buying, traffic, data operations, invoicing, sourcing, and analytics; direct experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective communicator using client appropriate language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Capable of multitasking and possesses strong prioritization skills
  • Must be self-motivated; inquisitive, proactive & strong initiative (learns/ask questions, applies, grows)
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually
  • Detailed oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Account Management:
  • Will work with media and account management team(s) to ensure daily tasks are completed in an efficient and quality manner
  • Identification, documentation, and communication of client needs, goals, and expectations
  • Attend weekly client calls (when needed) to assist with preparation of all materials needed for calls
  • Daily review of media performance in order to ensure clients' KPI's (key performance indicators) are being met
  • Assist media and account management team with client onboarding process as needed
  • Interact with buyers and planners to ensure media is airing properly
  • Maintain Trio / Audio Specialist tracker
  • Maintain weekly account revenue tracker
  • Manager RFI tracker
  • Assist Client Services with VP management
  • Coordinate client calls for Audio Client Services team
  • Assist in managing invoice delivery process
  • Reporting/Analytics:
  • Build client internal reports
  • Design and implement custom reporting to client specifications using tools like Excel
  • Review all reporting setups to verify accuracy of both raw and calculated data components
  • Identify and recommend improvements to reporting systems and best practices for timely delivery of relevant data to clients
  • Assist in the analysis of media results through the development of relevant reporting
  • Assist in the implementation of new and expanded analytics and reporting tools
  • Regularly review sales and conversion performance for client campaigns against historical data and industry standards
  • Additional:
  • Attend weekly Audio team calls, keep minutes, and distribute to team
  • Prepare client presentations and custom reports using PowerPoint, Excel, or other tools
  • Additional Client Services related tasks as needed
