Responsibilities

  • Support Senior and Principal Account Broker's with portfolio management.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and management of risk management and insurance programs which accurately address client needs
  • Establishing, development and maintenance of long-term relationships with key decision makers
  • Ability to Acquire and understand an awareness of the client’s business and insurance needs
  • Identifying products which benefit the client and meet their needs
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, policy wording, certificates of currency and all other documentations.
  • Liaising and negotiating with clients, underwriters and claims managers.
  • Develop and maintain a basic technical understanding of relevant classes of insurance and specialist services which the company offers to its clients.
