Responsibilities

  • Contrôler l'exactitude des chiffres, reports et documents.
  • Organiser, assurer la sécurité et gérer l'ensemble des livres de comptes, des dossiers, de la trésorerie et équivalents de trésorerie dans le respect des politiques et procédures.

  • Préparer, vérifier, rapprocher et éditer les notes, factures et extraits de compte en fonction des procédures de la compagnie.
  • Encaisser les sommes dues et régler les factures fournisseurs, et suivre les paiements jusqu'à leur terme.
  • Préparer les dépôts quotidiens de l'argent liquide reçu de l'ensemble des employés affectés à la manipulation de l'argent.
  • Documenter, gérer, communiquer et prévenir les différences de caisse.
  • Préparer, tenir à jour et gérer l'ensemble des transactions de caisse.
  • Respecter l'ensemble des politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s'assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel ; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie ; protéger la vie privée et la sécurité des clients et des collaborateurs.
  • Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; préparer et corriger avec précision et exhaustivité des documents rédigés ; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié.
  • Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés.
  • Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome.
