  • Daily analysis of Machine Shipping Orders (MSO) to determine prioritization
  • Data collection and validation to ensure completion of invoicing
  • Reconciling Machine Shipping Orders (MSO) to quotes, including communicating to Mining representatives to ensure accuracy
  • Transition projects based on timelines, business requirements, and defined metrics/KPIs
  • Create, define, and own process documentation and tracking
  • Partner with multiple global stakeholders daily
  • Identify and leverage tools and technologies to transform processes
  • Drive continuous improvement via Simplification, Standardization and Automation (SSA)
