Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks, such as data entry, reconciliation, and report generation. Develop and implement workflow automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in financial reporting, audit, and compliance.
  • Develop and manage data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that automated processes produce accurate and reliable financial data.
  • Train accounting team members on the use of automation tools, ensuring that the team is proficient in using these technologies.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation of automation solutions, processes, internal control and configurations.
  • Extracting data from various sources, transforming it into a structured for suitable format, and loading it into a target database or warehouse.
  • Automating daily tasks using the ETL Tools.
  • Manage external APIs & Flat File that connect to our internal and external finance tools.
  • Assist with the implementation of integrations between critical technology solutions into our Accounting/Finance offering.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership, implementing significant support processes, procedures, and documentation.
