  • Überwachung, Belastung und Gutschreibung von Deposits.
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von PM’s in Opera.
  • Rechnungserstellung und Korrekturen von Veranstaltungsrechnungen.
  • Archivierung und Kontrolle von City Ledger- und Bankett-Dokumenten.
  • Ansprechpartner für Gäste, Kunden sowie Mitarbeiter bei Bankettangelegenheiten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales- und Bankett-Abteilungen.
  • Teilnahme an Precon- und Bankett-Meetings.
  • Organisation der täglich anfallenden Arbeiten im Bereich Rechnungserstellung und Problembearbeitung innerhalb von 48 Stunden.
  • Buchen aller Posten für die Rechnungserstellung der Debitoren im Buchungssystem der Buchhaltung.
  • Verantwortung und Kontrolle über die Ablage.
  • Kontrolle der offenstehenden Rechnungen und Überwachung des Zahlungseingangs.
  • Erstellen von Rebates und deren Kontrolle, sowie Neuerstellung von Rechnungen.
  • General Cashiering / Income Audit Aufgaben.
