  • Prepare billing statements/invoices for clients
  • Record and reconcile payments received from clients
  • Respond to client inquiries through calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Prepare aging reports for accounts receivables
  • Verify credit card payments and record fees for the credit card transactions
  • Create journal entries in SAGE and SAP
  • Assist with G/L sub-ledger reconciliations
  • Uses various software applications, such as Sage, SAP, Travel Box, iVector Reservation system
  • Work with other departments and within the other responsibilities in Accounts to ensure accurate recording and control of the company’s finances and information
  • Help with month-end responsibilities
  • Consistently improve the efficiency of the department
