Responsibilities

  • Assicurarsi che il negozio sia accattivante, che i prodotti e le vetrine siano allestite in maniera efficace e sulla base delle direttive aziendali, per massimizzare le vendite e la crescita del negozio.
  • Organizzare e pianificare tutte le attività di visual del punto vendita.
  • Raggiungere i target di vendita e determinare, insieme allo Store Manager e all'Assistant Store Manager, le strategie di visual del negozio analizzando i movimenti di stock e del venduto.
  • Garantire che lo Staff sia formato sulla base delle direttive fornite dall'azienda per quanto riguarda il service e le operatività in negozio.
