  • To work with the Deputy Head of Administration to look at digital solutions to streamline and standardise support for meetings and other PA duties.
  • To manage the electronic diaries for designated members of the Local Services SMT to ensure that various commitments are arranged to achieve effective time-management.
  • To support key meetings for the Local Services SMT, including:
  • preparing and circulating the agenda with minutes & other supporting documents
  • Minuting and typing the minutes within reasonable timescales
  • Produce and follow up action logs
  • Undertake any actions arising from the meeting
