  • Analyser les processus RH et proposer des améliorations pour maximiser l’utilisation du SIRH
  • Assurer le support fonctionnel aux utilisateurs du SIRH et former les utilisateurs à l’adoption des outils RH et des bonnes pratiques
  • Piloter et garantir la qualité des données RH
  • Participer à l’implémentation du nouvel SIRH en mode SaaS Core RH et des interfaces fonctionnelles : conception, paramétrage, recette, …
