Responsibilities

  • Perform technical work with webpage programs (Oracle, T4, SharePoint) and other department specific software.
  • Coordinate the department needs for registrations, etc. using the P-Card for payments.
  • Coordinate and assist in department activities, such as employee engagement, event planning and general office management.
  • Provide technical and clerical assistance to units within Procurement.
  • Design and maintain organizational systems for record keeping, correspondence, and general documents.
  • Design and assist development control and maintenance of department records, contracts and improving productivity and administrative procedures.
  • Run various reports from multiple sources, to analyze data needed by various units within Procurement as well as to respond to public data requests for contracts and purchase records.
