Responsibilities

  • The AA will provide administrative assistance and support to his/her Stakeholders, including (but not restricted to):
  • To assist in gathering missing information to prepare reports by sending emails chasers to the respective Partners/Partner Secretaries and managing associates
  • To assist in setting up/updating/cancelling matter balance reports as well as provide reports on request basis
  • Raising purchase orders in Proactis and coordinate with Finance team for getting invoices paid
  • Manage timesheets and input time entries
  • Proactively and meticulously submit all claims – expenses, mileage, etc – error free and with quick TAT. Support with updates for reporting and tracking against budgets where necessary
  • Research work using open sources (e.g., google) and other administrative ad-hoc work
