  • Compile and analyze the real estate market data, providing updates on home values and equity, and identifying potential seller or buyer opportunities.
  • Constantly update and optimize our customer database, by tagging customers profiles based on data like marital status, children, pet ownership, location, etc.
  • Conduct social media research to enrich our CRM data and ensure all relevant customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle all transaction paperwork, liaising with lawyers and managing documents for upcoming or recent transactions.
  • Maintain spreadsheets tracking client details, house pricing, commission pricing, legal services used, etc.
  • Manage a separate spreadsheet to track operating costs such as staging, cleaning, gifts, referral bonuses, new signs, business cards.
  • Design and schedule engaging social media content via Canva and Meta Business.
