  • Maintain and update contact lists and filing systems to ensure the accuracy of information
  • Manage the office's daily needs, including scheduling events, ordering supplies, and sorting and distributing mails
  • Handle the reception duties, including answering multi-line phone system and assisting visitors
  • Participate in meetings and events, preparing meeting minutes and agendas when necessary
  • Assist with contract follow-up and support as required
  • Utilize MS Office 365 and other tools to perform duties efficiently
  • Proofread copy for spelling, grammar, layout, and accuracy.
