Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external parties
  • Efficiently manage the COO's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the COO
  • Arrange travel requirements for the COO
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Answer inbound calls and handle inbound/outbound calls as necessary
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.
