Responsibilities

  • Courteously greeting and assisting customers, visitors, and employees at Corporate Headquarters in a highly professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls to Corporate HQ and assisting callers in a professional manner
  • Supporting Executive event and meeting planning including, but not limited to:
  • Booking conference rooms or other meeting/event space
  • Printing out agendas, name tags, and other meeting materials
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and shipping
  • Assisting with bank deposits and other financial duties
  • Restocking supplies in the conference rooms and the kitchen
  • Responding to a wide variety of unpredictable situations in a professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess their facility needs and ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Ability to move furniture and other event items
  • Work closely with event organizers to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance and support throughout the planning and execution process.
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Other duties as assigned
