  • Provide administrative support to the SLT and other staff members.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, demonstrating an excellent telephone manner.
  • Maintain and update school records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of school communications.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff efficiently and professionally.
  • Support the organisation and administration of school activities and programs.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the school office on a daily basis.
