Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for office operations and administrative support of the Arts in Medicine program including answering phone calls and responding to visitor's questions.
  • - Serves as frontline associate providing communications and assistance for Criser Cancer Resources Center (CCRC) internal and external visitors.
  • - Provide administrative support for team members including fiscal support and invoicing with the Associate Director of Operations, oversight of onboarding checklist of incoming artists, volunteers, and students with the Associate Director of Programs, assisting coordinators with assessment and daily management of census database, patient referrals, and other program needs.
  • - Schedules appointments related to program operations and maintains program and staff calendars.
  • - Provide operational support of the Arts in Medicine programs including inventory management such as managing technology inventory, supply ordering and distribution, and daily monitoring of patient referrals and program needs.
  • - Provide general program assistance and support for Shands Arts in Medicine administrative staff.
  • - Provide program communication in the form of e-mail, letters, reports and invoices.
  • - Create and maintain filing systems.
  • - Manage account information and bookkeeping.
  • - Responsible for maintaining an inclusive work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment.
  • - Performs administrative responsibilities adjacent to the Communications and Grant Writing Specialist as assigned by the Associate Director of Operations and Associate Director of Programs.
