The main responsibilities include ensuring the laboratory Quality Management System functions correctly, supervising members of the Quality, Risk and Governance Team, informing SYBP Management on the effectiveness of the quality management system, coordinating user requirements, and deputising for the SYBP Quality Manager as needed.
