  • 1) Contribute to achieving department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals
  • 2) Provides supports to the after sales manager in answering product queries to meet the customer requirement.
  • 3) Review and discuses everything with customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations,
  • 4) Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts.
  • 5) Follow up on maintenance contracts and renewals.
  • 6) Follow up the lost service contract with customers
  • 7) To attend meeting with customers.
  • 8) Prepare contracts in Arabic and English
  • 9) To coordinate inspection team for elevator survey
  • 10) To follow up the other brand elevators
  • 11) Prepare quotations for repair and improvement works.
  • 12) Handle invoicing, billing and collection follow up for maintenance and repair work conducted.
  • 13) Supporting the renovation offering.
