  • Unterstützung und Leitung von (Teil)-Projekten im Bereich Customer Service
  • Bearbeitung von Retourenanmeldungen, Prüfung der Berechtigung, Freigabe zur Einsendung und Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen zum Retourenportal
  • Betreuung der Wholesalepartner bei Fragen zur Retouren-/Reklamationsabwicklung und Gutschriftserstellung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen aus Lieferprozessen, Nachforschungen und Abwicklung über alle Sales Channels hinweg, sowie Unterstützung im Showroom bei Engpässen während der Verkaufssaison
