The key tasks include increasing market share in the North American Market, conducting in-depth research on target brand clients, closing business on a monthly basis, renegotiating contracts with existing clients, creating sales collateral, and representing Awin and Shareasale at trade fairs and conferences.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate and/or digital marketing, at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team, and strong team management skills. They should also possess leadership qualities, expertise in competitor and industry knowledge, and the ability to support hiring and development of staff within the Commercial teams.
