Responsibilities

  • Utiliser le standard téléphonique afin de répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients.
  • Traiter les demandes de réveil téléphonique, de filtrage des appels et les autres demandes liées aux appels téléphoniques.
  • Aviser les clients des messages reçus (par ex. message vocal, courrier, fax) en leur absence et les transférer si besoin.
  • Enregistrer et répondre à tous les appels, questions ou demandes des clients et résoudre leurs problèmes.
  • Recevoir, enregistrer et transmettre des messages précisément, de manière exhaustive et lisible.
  • Saisir toutes les demandes ou problèmes des clients à l'aide des outils informatiques, contacter le personnel ou le service approprié (par ex. bagagiste, entretien ménager) et assurer le suivi des demandes ou problèmes afin d'assurer la pleine satisfaction des clients.
  • Informer les clients sur les caractéristiques des chambres, les services de l’hôtel et offrir des suggestions sur les lieux à visiter.
  • Aider les clients souhaitant utiliser Internet.
  • Signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable.
  • Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie.
  • Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la chaîne, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre, aider les personnes handicapées et remercier chaleureusement les clients.
  • Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié.
  • Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs.
  • Se conformer aux exigences et standards de qualité.
  • Lire et vérifier visuellement les informations dans différents formats ; être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps ou pendant tout le quart.
  • Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome.
  • Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
