Responsibilities

  • Coaching provides input, guidance and assistance in Agile practices. Help teams and individuals adopt and improve their understanding and practice of Agile methodology. Assist in the development of Agile training programs and materials. Act as a change agent to ensure that the organization continues to improve its Agile practice.
  • Technology leverage empirical data to identify and propose ways of working that improve the delivery of value.
  • Building Partnerships provide guidance to team members and teams on Agile best practices. Promote collaboration between team members and stakeholders. Coach and mentor teams and individuals on agile principles, values, and practices.
  • Execution reduce waste and build efficiencies in processes, interactions, governance, documentation, and tools. Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize Agile processes. Act as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, etc. as needed.
