Requirements

  • University degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics, economics, etc.), preferably a Master’s or Doctoral degree
  • Several years of experience in applying AI, machine learning and/or data science in business and/or academia. Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and relevant data science or engineering framework (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Spark, etc.). Experience in developing high-quality, production-grade software.
  • Ideally, practical experience in finance and banking
  • Comfortable working with and managing uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • You design and build high-quality software products that use AI and other advanced data-driven technologies to create sustainable value for the Bank
  • You work in a cross-functional team using your technical expertise to identify, evaluate and execute data- and AI-driven innovation projects
  • You contribute to identifying and evaluating applications of these technologies by providing your technical insight to your team and various other stakeholders across the Bank
  • You communicate technical concepts and results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and measure success by the business value your solutions generate
  • As an experienced data scientist, you take responsibility for the technical delivery of innovation projects and act as a trusted technical advisor to your team and the bank
